NJob Summary:
NWe are seeking a Senior Associate – Oracle Cloud Compensation & Benefits Functional to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications within a Managed Services (AMS) environment.
NThis role is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits modules. The individual will ensure accurate execution of compensation cycles and seamless benefits administration, aligned with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and global best practices.
NRequired Skills & experience:
NThe role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules N
- Strong AMS / productionsupport experience N
- Hands-on in: Compensation cycles & salary planning,



Benefits enrollment & lifecycle management, Incident, SR, and enhancement handling N
- Experience in Rapid Formulas (Comp & Benefits) N
- Knowledge of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talent N
- Ability to work independently in client-facing environments N
- Configure and support Oracle Compensation & Benefits modules (end-to-end) N
- Manage compensation cycles: merit, bonus, promotions, adjustment N
- Configure plans, eligibility, workflows, worksheets, and budgets N
- Support benefits lifecycle: enrollment, life events, rates, dependents N
- Handle Open Enrollment and mid-year changes N
- Manage AMS activities: incidents, service requests, enhancements, configuration N
- Troubleshoot productionissues & post-go-live support N
