NOur client is seeking 2 experienced STARLIMS Technical Lead / Developer to join a high-performing team supporting critical laboratory informatics systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a STARLIMS specialist to lead development activities, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and drive enhancements across laboratory-focused applications.
NThis role is ideally suited to someone with deep STARLIMS expertise, robust .NET development experience, and a background working within laboratory, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.

test, and deploy STARLIMS solutions in line with business requirements. N
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. N
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and system failures. N
- Drive best practices across application design, development standards, and deployment processes. N
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across projects. N
- Recommend and implementperformance improvements and system optimisations. N
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. N
