nAs an Independent Director, you will provide objective, unbiased guidance on strategic, financial, and operational matters, while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance, risk management, and stakeholder accountability. You will play a critical role in shaping key decisions, safeguarding shareholder interests, and ensuring the organization operates with transparency and integrity.
