Key Responsibilities

- Identify and diagnose faults/errors in solar on-grid inverters.
- Understand inverter fault codes and identify the possible cause of the problem.
- Provide appropriate technical solutions for inverter-related issues.
- Troubleshoot problems through phone/online support whenever possible.
- If unable to resolve the issue independently, coordinate with the Service Manager and troubleshoot the problem over a call.
- If the issue still cannot be resolved remotely, visit the customer/site along with the concerned manager and resolve the problem.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, faults identified, and solutions provided.
- Coordinate with the service, production, and technical teams for recurring inverter issues.
- Follow company safety procedures while troubleshooting and servicing electrical equipment.
- Continuously learn about inverter wiring, electrical components, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI – Electrical qualification required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and electrical components.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn solar inverter technology.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to travel for customer/site visits when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with senior/technical managers.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of multimeter and basic electrical testing.
- Interest in solar inverter troubleshooting and service.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
