TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and result-oriented IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and a good understanding of technical requirements across multiple technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer
rollout and onboarding.
- Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, databases,
and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role
requirements.
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic screening and coordinate technical and managerial
interview rounds.
- Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand current and
upcoming requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
- Ensure regular candidate follow-ups throughout the interview and offer process.
- Handle offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achieve recruitment targets.
- Share regular recruitment updates and hiring reports with management.
Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure Candidates with experience hiring for the following technologies will be preferred:
Exposure to recruitment for other IT technologies will also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment
platforms.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and candidate closure skills.
- Experience working with an IT services or consulting organization will be an advantage.
