Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects end-to-end, ensuring timely completion, quality deliverables, client satisfaction, and adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and budgets. The role will coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects from initiation to successful delivery and closure.
- Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within approved scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, resources, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with development, cybersecurity, testing, accessibility, technical, and other project teams for smooth execution.
- Allocate resources and monitor team performance, workload, and project progress.
- Track project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables and take timely corrective action.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project progress, requirements, issues, and delivery commitments.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication, approvals, feedback, and sign-offs.
- Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, delays,



and dependencies.
- Ensure project documentation, reports, deliverables, and records are maintained properly.
- Coordinate testing, quality checks, UAT, deployment, and final project handover.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed technical, quality, security, and client requirements.
- Manage project closure, including final documentation, client sign-off, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned.
- Support preparation of project estimates, proposals, work plans, and resource requirements.
- Escalate critical project issues to senior management and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and improve project delivery efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software/cybersecurity projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and client-facing engagements preferred.
