About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our agile team. This pivotal role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT Lateral hiring from identifying top talent to ensuring successful hires, with a particular focus on leadership, niche, and critical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using various platforms (e.g., Naukri, Foundit).
-Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final offer. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and interns.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies. Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and engagement. Ensure timely candidate placement within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Prepare and present comprehensive recruitment Management Information System (MIS) reports. Continuously identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience: Proven ability in stakeholder management. Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques. Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong, target-oriented approach to recruitment. Qualifications: A graduate degree is required. An MBA in HR is preferred.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
