Role Description The IT Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee the technical infrastructure and systems supporting Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, on-site role in Canada involves managing IT operations, ensuring system security and uptime, and coordinating with internal teams to support daily workflows and client-facing platforms.

The IT Manager will implement and maintain hardware and software solutions, supervise data backup and recovery, and monitor network performance. The role also includes vendor management, troubleshooting technical issues,



and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, data protection, and user experience. The IT Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and hardware support.
- Proficiency in system administration and software deployment, with experience managing business applications and cloud-based tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data protection, and compliance with relevant IT and privacy regulations.
- Experience with IT service management, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
