We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with strong techno-functional expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1). The candidate will be responsible for managing SAP B1 operations, user support, system performance, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with business and technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations and provide user support.
- Provide techno-functional support and troubleshoot SAP B1 issues.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular system health checks.
- Handle SAP B1 maintenance, updates, and system optimization.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
- Coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors for technical issues and system enhancements.
- Support business teams across Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, and other SAP B1 modules.
- Ensure smooth system functioning, data accuracy, and timely issue resolution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Strong techno-functional experience in SAP B1.
- Hands-on experience in user support, system performance monitoring, and regular maintenance.
- IT background is mandatory.




- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors.

PREFERRED PROFILE Candidates with experience in SAP B1 implementation, upgrades, integrations, SQL/HANA, and system optimization will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
