Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong IT Executive to independently manage day-to day IT infrastructure, network, hardware, software, user support and IT assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Managed/PoE Switches and Access Points.
- Hands-on management of TP-Link / Omada Controller & Access Points.
- Manage IP addressing and network troubleshooting.
- Provide hardware/software support for laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.




- Manage Google Workspace user accounts, access and onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage NAS, shared folders, storage and regular backups.
- Manage and troubleshoot IP CCTV, NVR/DVR and related infrastructure.
- Maintain complete IT Asset Inventory and asset allocation records.
- Manage office IT equipment including TVs, webcams, microphones and meeting-room devices.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, repairs, warranty and procurement.
- Maintain, asset records and IT documentation.
- Handle new employee IT setup and office IT infrastructure requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues independently with minimum supervision.

Required Skills
- Robust practical knowledge of Networking & IT Infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and computer hardware.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace.
- Experience with NAS, Backup, CCTV and IT Asset Management.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
