Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day IT activities and act as the key communication link between the company, internal teams, and software developers/vendors.
The person will be responsible for understanding business requirements, coordinating with software developers for new developments and modifications, monitoring project progress, conducting basic testing, resolving issues, and ensuring that software-related requirements are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities1. Coordination with Software Developers
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and software developers.
- Communicate business requirements, software changes, and technical issues clearly to developers.
- Follow up with developers on pending tasks, bugs, modifications, and new developments.
- Track development timelines and ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate with external software development companies/vendors whenever required.
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Understand requirements from different departments such as Sales, Accounts, Purchase, HR, QC, Production, and Management.
- Convert business requirements into clear instructions for the software development team.
- Prepare requirement notes, task lists, and priority-wise development plans.
- Identify gaps in existing software and suggest improvements.
1. Software Testing & Implementation
- Test new software features and modifications before implementation.
- Identify bugs/errors and report them to developers with proper details.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with concerned departments.
- Ensure corrections are completed before final implementation.
- Support users during the implementation of new software/features.
1. IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Coordinate resolution of software-related issues faced by employees.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for basic IT/software problems.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate developer/vendor when required.
- Maintain records of recurring IT and software issues.
1. Project & Task Management
- Maintain a tracker for all ongoing IT/software development activities.
- Monitor pending, completed, and upcoming development tasks.
- Regularly update management regarding project status and delays.
- Ensure critical requirements are prioritized and followed up properly.
- Maintain documentation of software changes and implementations.
1. User Coordination
- Communicate with employees to understand software-related problems and requirements.
- Coordinate between users and developers to ensure correct understanding of issues.
- Train or assist employees when current software features are introduced.
- Collect feedback from users and communicate improvement requirements to developers.
1. IT Documentation & Security
- Maintain proper documentation of software, systems, user access, and IT processes.
- Maintain records of software licenses, vendors, and IT assets.
- Ensure appropriate user access and permissions are maintained.
- Coordinate with management/developers regarding data backup and security requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and systems.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of ERP/software applications and business processes.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of software development processes.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements.
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, software testing, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Should be organized, responsible, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, B.Sc. IT, MCA, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT coordination, software coordination, ERP support, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating with software developers or external IT vendors will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be technically aware but does not necessarily need to be a programmer. The person should be comfortable communicating with both management/users and software developers, understand business requirements, follow up consistently, and ensure that IT projects and software-related work are completed properly and on time. ]
Pay: ₹11,130.49 - ₹30,993.98 per month
