& Responsibilities

- Handle OPD/IPD billing, discharge billing, credit billing, and cashless billing.
- Prepare and submit bills/claims for ECHS, CGHS, Railway and other government/TPA patients.
- Verify patient documents, approvals, eligibility, and billing details.
- Coordinate with TPA, ECHS/CGHS/Railway authorities, doctors, nursing, and hospital departments.
- Ensure accurate billing as per approved rates, packages, and applicable guidelines.
- Review bills and supporting documents to minimize claim rejections and deductions.
- Track pending bills, claims, queries, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper billing records and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.




- Follow hospital billing policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; Hospital Management / Healthcare Administration preferred.
- 1–5 years of hospital billing experience.
- Experience in ECHS/CGHS/Railway credit billing will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of hospital billing software, MS Excel, documentation, and claim processing.
- Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
