Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in the jewellery industry to drive high-value sales, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the brand through exceptional customer service and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle premium walk-in customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
• Drive sales of gold, diamond, bridal, and luxury jewellery collections
• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
• Guide customers on product selection, styling, and investment purchases
• Generate repeat business through customer engagement and follow-ups
• Support inventory management, stock audits, and store operations
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members
Requirements
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (mandatory)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling high-value transactions
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
• Professional appearance and customer-centric approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
