Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in the Pune Division. The Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into orders in line with company targets. The role involves preparing and following up on quotations,



coordinating with the sales and technical teams, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or relevant systems. The specialist will communicate with existing and prospective customers, provide product information, address basic technical queries, and ensure prompt and skilled responses. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the field sales team, monitoring order status, contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives, and providing regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with strong skills in lead generation and opportunity qualification.
Customer-facing capabilities, including customer service and customer satisfaction orientation.
Effective communication skills for phone, email, and written correspondence with diverse stakeholders.
