GB Trade & Logistics Ltd (GBTL) is expanding its international operations and is looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Development Back Office Support Manager to support our business development and commercial operations from Ahmedabad / Mumbai.

This role is ideal for someone who understands business development processes, client coordination, sales administration and CRM management, and can ensure that the sales team operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end back-office support to the Business Development and Sales team.
Manage business enquiries, leads, follow-ups and sales documentation.
Coordinate with clients, prospects, partners and internal teams to ensure timely communication.
Maintain and regularly update CRM systems, lead databases and business development records.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, reports and other sales-related documents.
Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, opportunities and conversion status.
Support the management in managing the sales pipeline and daily activities.




Coordinate with operations, logistics and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business requirements.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, enquiries and commercial activities.
Assist with market research, prospect identification and business development activities.
Ensure all sales documentation and follow-up processes are handled accurately and on time.
