About the Role

Sshrishti Trust is seeking a committed *Programme Manager – Women Empowerment* to lead and implement programmes focused on women's empowerment, rights, safety, and the protection and well-being of women and children.
Key Responsibilities

-Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate women empowerment and child protection programmes.
-Analyse programme and beneficiary data to identify needs, trends, gaps, and opportunities, and develop programme strategies accordingly.
-Lead community outreach, awareness campaigns, training, and field-based activities.
-Coordinate with field teams, government departments, NGOs, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.
-Support beneficiaries through awareness and appropriate referral to relevant services and protection mechanisms.
-Maintain programme documentation, reports,



and impact updates.
-Participate in community visits and field travel as required.
Requirements

-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in programme implementation, women empowerment, child -protection, social development, or community-based programmes.
-Demonstrated understanding of relevant Indian laws, rights, and protection mechanisms concerning women and children.
-Ability to *analyse data, assess programme outcomes, identify gaps, and develop evidence-based programme strategies.
-Qualification in *Social Work, Law, Sociology, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
-Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, programme management, analytical, and reporting skills.
-Ability to work sensitively with communities and vulnerable groups.
