Role Description The Site Engineer–Interior will oversee day-to-day site activities for interior projects, ensuring design intent is accurately executed and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, supervising in office work, monitoring progress against schedules, and implementing quality control measures. The role involves checking workmanship, materials, and structural aspects where applicable, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Site Engineer–Interior will also handle site-level communication, report issues, and provide regular updates to the project team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including coordination of interior works and day-to-day site management.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with clients,



contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Candidates should possess quality control and monitoring skills to ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and timelines.
Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to interior and architectural project execution.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in interior site execution for residential and commercial projects is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, with proficiency in basic project documentation.
Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to work at project sites as required.
