Role Description The Radiological Safety Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Gummidipoondi, Chennai. The role involves monitoring, assessing, and controlling radiological hazards associated with fabrication processes and industrial operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting radiation surveys, maintaining accurate records, implementing safety protocols,



and ensuring compliance with national and international radiological regulations. The position also includes regular reporting to management and regulatory bodies, and continuous improvement of safety systems and procedures.
Qualifications

Relevant academic qualification in Physics,or Engineering,
Certification or authorization as a Radiological Safety Officer in accordance with national regulatory requirements (e.g., AERB or equivalent).
Knowledge of applicable radiological safety regulations, standards, and best practices in industrial environments.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
