Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in the Mohali district. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about deliveries, product handling, and service queries.



Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving issues, coordinating with delivery teams and warehouse staff, updating order and delivery records in internal systems, and ensuring a smooth customer experience before and after delivery. The role will also involve managing complaints, following requests procedures, and maintaining service levels in line with company standards. The successful candidate will work closely with operations and logistics teams to support efficient delivery processes and high customer satisfaction.
