About The Role

We are looking for a BDE with an IT/technology background to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their technology requirements, and building long-term business relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the IT services and software market and be comfortable discussing technology solutions, software services, and client requirements with prospective customers. This is a technology-focused business development role, not a traditional field-sales position.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software testing services space.
Research potential clients, understand their business and technology needs, and identify opportunities for engagement.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, online research, networking, and other relevant channels.




Connect with decision-makers and understand their testing requirements.
Present and explain relevant testing services and solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the business development pipeline from lead generation through initial discussions and closure.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal technical/delivery teams to understand solutions and prepare relevant client responses or proposals.
Track market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the software testing industry.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition within the IT or software industry.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology field is mandatory.
IT industry experience is mandatory.
Good understanding of the software/IT services market and basic knowledge of technology solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skill
