Role Description The Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Puducherry, India. This position is responsible for managing client relationships across CRO and CDMO services, serving as the primary point of contact for biotech and pharmaceutical partners. Daily activities include understanding client project needs,
coordinating with internal R&D;, production, and quality teams, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and preparing clear status reports. The Account Manager will support proposals, pricing discussions, and contract updates, and will identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients. The role also involves handling client feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and account coordination skills.
Experience in project tracking, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration with technical teams.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech industry processes, ideally including CRO/CDMO operations, R&D;, and cGMP environments.
