Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Voice Process Executive to handle customer interactions for a US-based process. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, a clear accent, solid customer-handling skills, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced international voice environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with US customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, complaints, and follow-ups effectively.
- Document call details and customer information accurately in the CRM/system.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow process guidelines, compliance requirements, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

Required Skills





- 1–5 years of experience in International Voice / US Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong understanding of US customer communication and business culture.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, ticketing, and computer applications.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts.
- Strong typing and multitasking skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in a US-based BPO / International Voice Process is preferred.
- Candidates with strong customer service, sales, technical support, or international voice experience can be considered.
- Must be willing to work fully onsite from Hitech City, Hyderabad.
