What You'll Do
- Handle outbound/inbound calls with international customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain qualified communication throughout the interaction
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
What We're Looking For: ✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Good pronunciation and fluency
✅ Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts
✅ Candidates with international voice/BPO/telecalling experience preferred
✅ Freshers with excellent English communication can also apply
Pay: ₹18,027.88 - ₹35,000.00 per month
