About the Role We are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates to join our International Voice Process team. You will communicate with international clients, understand their requirements, and introduce them to our company’s services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with international clients through calls using company-provided leads.
- Explain our services/products in a simple and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in choosing the right service.
- Build good relationships with clients and convert genuine interested leads into customers.
- Work towards achievable performance goals with a fixed monthly salary.
