Job Purpose: To drive international business growth by developing new markets, managing global customer relationships, increasing export sales, coordinating merchandising activities, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the organization's international presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and acquire new international customers, distributors, and business partners to expand the export business.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer engagement, quotation submission, negotiation, and order closure.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and business opportunities in global markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers through regular communication, business reviews, and customer visits.
- Coordinate with merchandising, product development, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into product specifications.
- Manage order merchandising activities, including sample development, approvals, order follow-ups, and timely execution as per customer expectations.
- Monitor order status, production timelines, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present business proposals, product presentations, marketing materials, and export-related documentation to customers.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer meetings, and virtual business forums to promote products and generate new business leads.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, quality,



and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders, payment collections, and issue resolution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual international sales revenue targets.
- Number of recent international customers/accounts acquired during the year.
- Export sales growth percentage compared to the previous year.
- Customer retention and repeat order rate from existing international clients.
- Lead-to-order conversion ratio from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Order execution performance, measured by the percentage of orders delivered on time.
- Sample approval success rate and turnaround time for customer developments.
- Market expansion through successful entry into new countries, regions, or customer segments.
- Customer satisfaction score based on service quality, communication, product quality, and delivery performance.
- Collection efficiency, measured through timely receipt of payments and reduction in outstanding receivables.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

4 to 7 years of experience in International Sales, Export Marketing, and Merchandising
