BPO Telecaller – Night Shift (US Healthcare Process)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US customers regarding healthcare products and services.
- Explain product features, advantages, and pricing effectively.
- Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines for US healthcare processes.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and support team when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates in international BPO or healthcare sales will have added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
