We are looking for a disciplined, confident, and target-oriented International Billing Partner to manage billing-related activities and communication with international clients. Candidates with prior experience in Debt Collection, Banking Processes, International Billing, or similar international processes are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, solid negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial discussions professionally and confidently.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle billing-related interactions with international clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Manage outstanding accounts and ensure timely collection of pending payments.
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payment status, account balances, and discrepancies.
- Follow up consistently with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding dues.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing or payment-related concerns within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, follow-ups,



and collection status.
- Identify and escalate disputed or unresolved accounts to the appropriate team.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Meet assigned collection, productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally while maintaining a firm and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure all customer information and financial records are handled with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth account closure.
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism, accountability, and ownership of assigned accounts.

- Comfortable working in Night Shift Note: Only candidates with relevant experience and strong communication skills will be considered. The remaining skills and overall suitability will be assessed during the interview.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
