We are seeking a proactive and creative Interior Designer with robust leadership and clienthandling abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end design projects, coordinating with teams, and delivering high-quality design solutions with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion
- Handle client meetings, requirement gathering, and design discussions
- Develop creative and practical design concepts
- Prepare accurate 2D & 3D drawings including material selection
- Oversee technical aspects and ensure execution feasibility
- Coordinate with sales teams, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Train and mentor junior designers
- Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year Experience in Required Field
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar tools
- Strong Rendering Skills if any (VRay / Enscape / D5 )
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
