About the Role

Resonate Designs is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and visualization skills and the ability to manage interior design projects from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.

Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture plans, and detailed working drawings.

Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, presentations, and mood boards.

Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback.

Work closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.

Conduct site visits and ensure the design is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates when required.

Ensure projects are completed within the defined timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials,



and technologies.

Required Software Skills The candidate should have hands-on experience with:

V-Ray

Lumion

Enscape

D5 Render

Revit

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

CorelDRAW

Canva

Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint & Word

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, lighting, and finishes.

Excellent creativity, visualization, and design sense.

Ability to create detailed technical and working drawings.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Solid coordination skills with vendors, contractors, and site teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a creative and responsible Interior Designer with a strong understanding of design concepts, technical drawings, 3D visualization, and on-site execution.
