Relevant Insurance Industry experience preferred Job Responsibilities * Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents.

Drive advisor productivity, sales, renewals, and target achievement.

Train advisors on the company app and processes.

Manage regular meetings and relationships with advisors.

Drive distribution of Motor, Health & Life Insurance products.

Ensure compliance, business hygiene, and achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.

Identify current opportunities to increase sales and market reach.

Candidate

Requirements * Experience in Insurance Sales / Agency / Channel Management preferred.

- Exposure to Motor and Health Insurance will be an advantage.

Prior experience managing insurance agents/advisors is preferred.
