Role Requirements:

- Design & detailed engineering of instrumentation and electrical work scope for chemical plants, such as the generation of instrument lists, block diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable lists, etc.

- Prepare specifications and datasheets for Field Instruments, Control Valves, Flow Meters, etc.

- Preparing the instrument index and I/O list according to P&I; drawings

- Preparation of Cable Tray Layout, Instrument BOM, Junction box layouts, etc.

- Selection of instruments, cables, junction boxes, etc.

- Preparing PLC/DCS architecture engineering and drawing

- Experience in system testing (FAT and SAT)

- Preparation of Loop drawings, Hookup drawings, etc.

- Preparation of Pneumatic diagrams & BOM

- Calculate and select cable sizes, cable glands & cable trays.





- Hands-on experience in drafting software like AutoCAD is a must.

- Develop electrical and instrument layout drawings using AutoCAD software.

- Develop cable tray routing drawings using AutoCAD software.

The candidate shall have experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in instrumentation or Electronics

- 5-8 years experience as Instrumentation Engineer for Chemical/Oil & Gas/Pharma plants

- Exposure to Electrical engineering activities is desirable

- Valuable command of English.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team, contributing to the team's goals and objectives.
