Role Summary

We’re hiring an Institutional Derivative Dealer, a sharp, calm under pressure dealer with a quant edge to run high frequency / algorithmic execution for institutional clients and keep improving the execution engine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute arbitrage strategies, cash-futures, futures futures, options-futures.
- Own execution quality: slippage, fill-rates, impact, spread capture.
- Work with quants/devs to build new trading strategies.




- Interface with institutional clients: clear updates, market color, execution plans.
- Thrive in fast markets, quick decisions, clean processes, zero panic.

What we looking for:

- Solid dealing + execution instincts; comfort with high speed markets.
- Great communication (client-facing, crisp, professional).
- Quick maths + logic (bps, spreads, impact, PnL intuition).
- Familiarity with Python, Excel and Bloomberg ( if have worked prior)
