Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Nagpur. The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, manage distributor and dealer networks,



and build strong relationships with key customers in agricultural, industrial, and infrastructure segments. Responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, developing territory-wise sales plans, achieving revenue and volume targets, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role involves conducting regular field visits, coordinating product demonstrations, providing feedback to the management and technical teams, and ensuring timely order processing, collections, and after-sales support. The Area Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Proven skills in area/territory management, channel development, and key account handling, preferably in industrial or agribusiness products.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
