Role: Bid & Proposal Management (Large Deals)
This role will take on the exciting responsibilities of leading the Bid & Proposal Management practice that anchors end-to-end for large Managed Services, Transformation and Multi-service lines deals. This is a high visibility role to work closely with Leadership from Sales, Delivery, Practices and Solutioning to build compelling, integrated proposals and solutions for Birlasoft organization.
Job Description:
Anchor and drive the Bid Management for large, strategic deals, right from the Deal Onboarding through Deal Planning, Deal Execution, Response Submission, Proposal Defense/Orals, Contracting and Deal Closure (handover to the Delivery)
Engage closely with Leadership and Deal Stakeholders for building a Deal Strategy, Storyboarding, Win Themes to build differentiated proposals; Ensure quality and process compliance throughout the process
Understand and challenge, as appropriate, the solution (and its components) and estimation to make it tailored & optimized for client asks




Work closely with Sales leadership throughout the deal lifecycle; Collaborate and manage stakeholders from technology practices, Delivery, Verticals and other Enabling Functions to develop the integrated solution
Drive the value-add part in areas such as Value Proposition, Win Themes etc. and integrate cohesive client-centric proposal documents following our best practices
Ensure compliance to internal processes, templates & quality standards during deal cycle; Define and drive the solution timelines and ensure timely reviews, approvals and submission of consistent and high-quality client deliverables
Highlight the progress, challenges, and risks to deal team in timely manner and raise flags at appropriate level
Support Sales, Delivery, and Practices to identify the potential opportunities; Participate in lead generation activities; understanding customer pain points and developing Win Themes, Storyboarding / Value Propositions, Solution Strategy,
