Key Responsibilities

– Drive sales and market development of biological agri-input products.

– Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and farmer networks.

– Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and field trials.

– Educate customers on product benefits, application, and mode of action.





– Handle field-level product performance issues and customer complaints.

– Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence.

Required Skills

– Strong field marketing and sales capabilities.

– Good dealer, distributor, and farmer relationship management skills.

– Robust communication and product presentation abilities.

– Practical, customer-focused, and result-oriented approach.
