IPL Biologicals is hiring Territory Managers for its Sales & Marketing team in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. This is a great opportunity for agriculture professionals with experience in agrochemical sales, dealer management, territory handling, and farmer engagement.
‣ Manage territory sales, dealers, and distributors.
‣ Drive sales growth, collections, and new business.
‣ Conduct farmer meetings and field activities.
‣ Handle dealer issues, complaints, returns, and reports.
✅ Required Skills
‣ 2–5 years of experience in agriculture/agrochemical sales.
‣ Strong dealer and territory management skills.
‣ Good farmer engagement and communication skills.
‣ Team management and leadership abilities.
‣ Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills.
‣ Target-oriented with willingness to travel.
