About the Opportunity
micro1 is engaging experienced Revenue Operations Specialists to contribute to a customer project focused on improving operational effectiveness, CRM performance, and revenue data integrity within complex SaaS environments.
In this role, you will apply hands-on expertise in CRM ownership, SaaS revenue operations, workflow design, compliance, and reporting to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your real-world operational judgment and domain expertise are what matter.
The chance is particularly suited to professionals who have directly owned CRM systems and adjacent SaaS revenue tools, especially within regulated, multi-product, or operationally complex environments.
Responsibilities
Assess and refine CRM data models to support evolving sales, customer success, and revenue operations requirements.
Identify conflicts between operational policies and determine appropriate resolutions based on business requirements, compliance considerations, and practical tradeoffs.
Document policy decisions and clearly explain the reasoning behind selected approaches.
Design and validate compliance-constrained workflows for SaaS revenue processes.
Ensure operational workflows align with applicable industry-specific regulations and internal requirements.
Diagnose revenue data integrity issues and recommend improvements to support accurate reporting and analytics.
Provide detailed process walkthroughs based on hands-on system configuration and implementation experience.
Highlight important operational decision points, lessons learned, and practical considerations.
Contribute written and verbal insights to scenario-based operational training tasks.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop realistic SaaS revenue operations scenarios.
