Role Description
RK Wedding Mall is seeking a highly analytical and result-oriented Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site position in Thiruvananthapuram.
The Business Analyst will analyze business performance across sales, inventory, customers, expenses, operations, and team productivity. The role requires the ability to transform complex and unstructured data into meaningful insights, identify business opportunities and challenges, and provide clear recommendations to support management decision-making.




The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks through data-driven analysis and developing forecasts and improvement strategies that contribute to sustainable business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales, inventory, customer, expense, and operational data to evaluate overall business performance.
Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, risks, and areas requiring improvement through data-driven analysis.
Conduct SWOT and root-cause analysis to understand key business challenges and performance gaps.
Analyze sales growth, team productivity, customer behavior, Average Basket Value, category performance, and other key retail performance indicators.
Evaluate inventory performance, including rapid-moving, slow-moving, aging, excess, and non-moving stock.
Analyze the relationship between inventory investment, sales performance, expenses, and
