About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and highly responsible HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle in our growing EdTech organisation.This is not a role limited to recruitment or coordination. We are looking for someone who can independently handle Recruitment + HR Operations + Employee Engagement + Onboarding + Performance Management + Employee Relations + HR MIS and take ownership of day-to-day HR activities.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and solving employee-related issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, counselling, sales, operations and corporate roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals,



referrals and other channels.
Screen candidates, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Maintain recruitment pipeline, follow-ups and joining trackers.
Understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Improve quality of hires rather than focusing only on number of CVs.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Manage complete onboarding and joining formalities.
Ensure documentation, employee records and HR files are complete and updated.
Conduct joining orientation and explain company policies, expectations and processes.
Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits and full & final coordination.

HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and monthly HR MIS.
Maintain employee database and HR documentation.
Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes wherever required.
