About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter – Field Sales Hiring who will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for field sales positions across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in high-volume field sales recruitment, excellent sourcing capabilities, strong understanding of the sales talent market, and the ability to close candidates within defined timelines.
This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and independently manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Field Sales Recruitment
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for field sales positions, from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
Handle multiple field sales vacancies simultaneously across locations.
Understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities from business/stakeholders.
Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and hiring targets.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Develop strong talent pipelines for field sales roles through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals,



job portals, databases, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Identify and implement recent and effective sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring.
Build a ready talent pool for recurring field sales requirements.
Proactively map candidates from relevant industries and competitor organizations.
3. Screening & Candidate Evaluation
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on experience, communication, stability, location, salary expectations, and role fit.
Evaluate candidates against defined job requirements before moving them to the interview stage.
Ensure quality profiles are shared with hiring managers.
4. Interview & Selection Management
Coordinate interviews between candidates and business stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Track interview feedback and ensure timely closure of candidates.
