Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries,



explaining program offerings, and conducting counseling sessions in person and via phone or digital channels. The counselor will assess applicant profiles, recommend suitable courses, and support learners from initial contact through enrollment. Responsibilities include managing leads, following up on prospects, meeting admission targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems. The role also supports outreach activities, such as information sessions and events, and collaborates with academic and operations teams to ensure a positive learner experience.
