Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with client branding and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions,



creating short-form videos and graphics with design tools, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor trends, track performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing, design, and account teams to refine content strategies. The role also involves community management activities such as responding to comments and messages, supporting campaign launches, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
Qualifications
Robust social media content creation skills, including short-form video, static posts, stories, and reels across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience with basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
