About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Producer who can help shape how Union Living looks, sounds, and communicates.
The core of this role is Brand Communications translating our brand, properties, people, experiences, and ideas into content that feels relevant, engaging, and distinctly Union Living.
You’ll be involved across the creative process, from conceptualising an idea to creating, editing, and publishing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute brand communication across social media and other brand touchpoints.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with Union Living’s brand identity.
- Create and edit short-form video content, reels, social media creatives, and campaigns.
- Handle video editing and graphic designing for day-to-day brand requirements.
- Develop creative assets for property launches, events, campaigns, resident experiences, festivals, and other brand initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations,
and property teams to identify stories and content opportunities.
- Coordinate and execute photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative productions.
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, references, and emerging content styles.
- Maintain consistency in Union Living’s visual language, tone of voice, and overall brand communication.
- Manage multiple creative requirements and deliverables while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Contribute ideas that make the brand more distinctive, relatable, and engaging.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in creative production, brand communication, content, social media, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand communication and storytelling.
- Good hands-on skills in video editing and graphic designing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
