About the Role
We are looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact business initiatives, strategic projects, research, and day-to-day execution. This role offers exposure to business strategy, operations, sales, finance, and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research and prepare insights.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and business analysis.
Track key business metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
Support special projects and ad-hoc business requirements.
Maintain project trackers and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM students or graduates preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
