Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for MYT4 Systems. The role involves managing leads, engaging prospects, nurturing opportunities, and closing sales for engineering software solutions such as CAD, PLM, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities including calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and outbound efforts
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable engineering software solutions
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead, opportunity, and customer data
- Drive product demonstrations in coordination with technical/pre-sales teams
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into opportunities and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Top Line revenue goals)
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions with clients
- Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and renewals

Key Deliverables

- Conversion of leads to qualified opportunities
- Revenue generation as per assigned targets
- Accurate and updated CRM records

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in inside sales / software sales / B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of CAD/Engineering software (preferred)
- Experience using CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

- Experience in selling engineering software like CAD, PLM, or SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of manufacturing, design, or engineering industry
- Prior experience in lead generation and cold calling
