We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive new business, generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and close deals for digital/IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads
- Client acquisition through LinkedIn, email, calls & other channels
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of B2B sales / business development experience

Experience selling Digital Marketing

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Good knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition
