About the role

We're hiring an Inside Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and support our field sales team from the office

What you'll do

- Handle incoming enquiries by phone, email, and online B2B platforms

- Prepare and send accurate quotations in a timely manner

- Follow up with customers on pending quotations and orders

- Coordinate with field sales, suppliers, and the accounts team for smooth order processing

- Maintain customer records and enquiry trackers up to date

- Support order documentation and dispatch coordination

What we're looking for

- Positive verbal and written communication in English (Tamil/Hindi a plus)

- Comfortable working on MS Excel/Word and basic computer applications

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up consistently

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; prior inside sales/telecalling experience is a plus

- Any graduate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
