Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails and other channels
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Understand client requirements and business needs
- Present the companys IT services and solutions
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team
- Research potential clients and target companies
- Prepare regular lead generation and sales reports
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions
- Experience in inside sales, telecalling or business development is preferred
