We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable products and services, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services

- Generate and qualify leads through calls and other channels

- Follow up with prospects and drive leads towards closure

- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, product information, and order processing

- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information

- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records





- Achieve individual and team sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Freshers with positive communication skills and interest in sales can apply

- Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, BDE, or Lead Generation are preferred

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- English and Hindi communication is mandatory; English with any regional language is preferred

- Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach
