- Patient Flow Management: Supervise admissions, bed allocations, internal transfers, and discharges to minimize wait times and optimize bed capacity.
- Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff, billing, pharmacy, and housekeeping to deliver seamless inpatient care.
- Staff Supervision: Manage floor coordinators, ward administrators, and IP executives, including shift scheduling, rosters, and job training.
- Quality & Patient Experience: Conduct regular rounds, address patient and family concerns, and enforce compliance with healthcare standards like NABH
- Financial & Billing Oversight: Coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing, and smooth final bill closures
